This parcel is located at the end of a private road in a remote location adjacent to a large block of State land. The trout fishing is outstanding in this stretch of river. The cabin site provides nice views both up and downstream. A screen room on the river side of the camp makes a great place to site and take in the sites and sounds of this peaceful environment. The access road is privately maintained and the property is located about 3 miles from the County Road. This is all within a 15 minute drive of Gwinn where you can get supplies as needed. The airport is a 25 minute drive as well. This area has a variety of wildlife with good population of deer, black bear, and grouse. Moose and wolves have been seen nearby as well. Winter vehicle access is challenging but possible and this location is a great place to snowmobile from as there is a main trail nearby.
